How do I place an order?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Several products are listed as available in bulk, which means we can supply large volumes — but it does not mean bulk is the only option. Tell us what quantity you need and we will tell you what is possible.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Farm produce prices move with the season and the harvest, and they differ for a household order versus a wholesale load. Rather than publish a figure that goes stale, we quote against your specific requirement when you enquire.
Where do these products come from?
Everything is grown by our 440 member farmers in the Wayanad hills of Kerala. Because those farmers own the company, buying from us returns more of the price to the people who did the growing.
Do you supply to shops, hotels and exporters?
Yes. We work with retailers, hotels, restaurants, processors and exporters as well as individual buyers. Mention your business and volume in your enquiry so we can route it to the right person.
Can I visit before ordering?
You are welcome to. Our office is at Sultan Bathery, in the building opposite the Wilton Hotel. Please call ahead on 9746602363 so someone is free to meet you.
